Montgomery State Prison


Montgomery State Prison, located in Mount Vernon, Georgia, is a medium-security correctional facility designed to house up to 900 adult male inmates convicted of felonies. The prison has six dormitories within the main building, each accommodating 64 beds. Additionally, there are eight isolation cells and eight two-man segregation cells, ensuring inmates’ and staff’ safety and security.
