Anvil Mountain Correctional Center

Anvil Mountain Correctional Center (AMCC) is a state-operated correctional facility in Nome, Alaska. Established in November 1985, it was built to replace the old Territorial Jail previously housed within the Federal Building in Nome. This medium-security facility operates under the Alaska Department of Corrections.
